Women are 3x more likely to suffer from a mental illness than men. This is why it is important for women to not only prioritize their mental health, but to have resources available at all times. These resources is for all women regardless of background or race.

  • Anxiety slayer: Anxiety and anxiety disorders can have a huge impact on your well-being. Anxiety Slayer is a podcast for those who suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and PTSD. This podcasts offers guided meditation and how to cope and manage anxiety. 
  • Going for the goal woman’s mental health podcast: This podcast was created with the intention to inspire and motivate women to build healthy habits and accomplish their goals 
  • Therapy for black girls podcast: In addition to providing mental heath resources to black women, Dr. Joy Harden also has a podcast for black women where she speaks on topics regarding self development and mental health. 
  • Motherhood sessions: Motherhood can come with many challenges and hardships. Sometimes these challenges and hardships can be hard to talk about, which is why DR. Alexandria sacks speaks with mothers on many topics regarding motherhood. Some of which many mothers don’t speak up about out of fear of  judgement or not being understood.
