The Effects Of Journaling On Your Mental Health 

 Journaling can impact your overall mental health for many reasons. 

It can help with Emotional regulation: Emotional regulation is all about feeling your emotions and learning to respond to them healthily. It’s also about having a sense of control over how you react to those emotions. Regulating emotions isn’t always easy, but forming a habit of Journaling allows you to become aware of your emotions/feelings and reflect on coping strategies. 

Improved mood: Journaling can be a therapeutic outlet. Writing down your thoughts and feelings is a great way to express how you are feeling healthily. Having an outlet to express your mood can result in less stress and an overall improved mood.

Gaining clarity: Journaling is a great way to get to know yourself. It reveals your strengths, weaknesses, emotions, flaws, etc.  Journaling gives you a sense of clarity on how you can overcome your current life problems.
